Mr. Sanders made up a rule in which you cannot get out of your
seat during writing. If you have to go to the bathroom during writing, you’ll
have to wait. Mr. Sanders says once you get out of your seat your brain is
trying to make an excuse for not writing. People who don’t like to write mostly
do that. When you’re in your seat you focus a lot because when you’re in your
seat all there is you and the paper.

P.S. If it’s an emergency, I’ll let you (and Andy) go to the
restroom!

Good advice. Love this! No more excuses. For me, it's getting a snack. From now on, I will stock snacks on my desk. :)
This is an excellent perspective on the "butt in seat" theory :D Thanks!
