Laughing in the Face of Rejection

My friend and fellow critique-group member, Heather, sent me the link below. This video has been shown on two or three television programs already. In the video, the father is ripping up a rejection letter. The baby's reaction is how we picture book writers have to respond to rejection  and criticism in order to keep on keeping on! ENJOY!
